D2R Certified Facilitators are trained coaches — not consultants, not experts delivering curriculum. They create the space for Dreamers to discover, decide, and launch with conviction.
D2R Facilitators bring real-world experience to the table — not just knowledge, but the kind of judgment that only comes from having owned decisions and their consequences.
In a business, organization, or ministry context — with real responsibility for outcomes, not just task completion.
You've owned a budget at some level — understood P&L, resource allocation, or financial accountability in a real context.
You've led or worked meaningfully across more than one area — not just deep expertise in a single discipline.
You believe work is a calling, not just a career. You want to help others integrate their faith and their business with clarity and conviction.
Specialists with deep expertise in one area but no leadership, budget, or cross-functional responsibility.
Those looking to deliver a curriculum or give advice — D2R Facilitators coach, they don't consult.
Those unwilling to set aside their own story to help the Dreamer work through theirs.

You do not need to have completed the D2R Program as a Dreamer before applying for Facilitator Certification. Your professional and leadership background is what qualifies you — not prior use of the platform.
An official certification recognizing you as a trained D2R Facilitator — verifiable, shareable, and tied to a global standard of coaching practice for Kingdom workers.
See exactly where each of your Dreamers is in the D2R Program — phase progress, completion status, and engagement — so every session starts from informed context.
Your profile is listed in the D2R Facilitator Directory. Dreamers looking for facilitation support can find and connect with you directly through the platform.
Access to all facilitation tools, session guides, phase-specific resources, and materials — everything designed to help you lead Dreamers well through each phase.
Join an ongoing global community of D2R Certified Facilitators — for peer learning, shared experience, encouragement, and collaboration across regions and contexts.

— D2R Facilitator Purpose Statement
Not through facts, fear, or force — but through genuine discovery. Your role is to create the conditions for that to happen.
You are an encouraging, humble presence — not the expert in the room. Help them get through the hard moments, not impress them with your experience.
Not "what would Jesus do" — but what is he actively doing in this Dreamer's situation right now? That question shapes every session.
D2R Facilitators engage Dreamers from across the globe. Curiosity, humility, and cultural awareness are as essential as business knowledge.

No — you do not need prior experience with the D2R Program as a Dreamer. Facilitator Certification is based on your professional background, leadership experience, and heart for Kingdom work. The training itself will give you a thorough understanding of the program before you begin working with Dreamers.
It means you've led or worked meaningfully in more than one area of a business or organization — not just deep expertise in a single role. For example, a lead designer who also managed budgets and worked with marketing or operations would qualify. Someone who only ever worked in a single function, even for many years, would not meet this bar.
There are no geographic restrictions on who you can facilitate. The D2R platform supports multiple languages through AI translation, and the program is designed for global use. Cultural awareness and curiosity are part of the D2R facilitator posture — and the training covers how to facilitate across cultural contexts effectively.
Renewal keeps your certification active, ensures you're trained on the latest D2R phase content, and maintains your listing in the Facilitator Directory. As new phases launch over 2026 and 2027, certified facilitators receive updated training. The renewal fee will be announced ahead of the first cycle and will be significantly less than the initial certification cost.
Yes. D2R Certification gives you the standing to offer facilitation as a paid service. How you price your services, and whether you charge at all, is entirely up to you. Some facilitators offer services through their existing practice; others use D2R facilitation as a standalone offering. D2R does not take a percentage of your facilitation fees.
If your application doesn't meet the current criteria, we'll let you know clearly and, where possible, give you a sense of what experience would strengthen a future application. We want facilitators who are set up to succeed — so if the fit isn't right yet, that's an honest and respectful answer for everyone involved.
If you've led people, owned decisions, and believe your work is part of something larger — D2R Certification gives you the framework, the tools, and the community to help Dreamers find their own way forward.
